If your product does not work when you receive it, we will be happy to exchange the product.

All returns MUST have an RA number.  Please call if you have a problem.

Products (linerie, lotions, games, etc) must not have been opened.

If a toy has been used, we can not exchange it.   Please understand we can tell if a toy was used.
